Ninja Creami Chocolate Protein Ice Cream

You don’t have to choose between indulging your chocolate craving and supporting your hormones. This Ninja Creami Chocolate Ice Cream does both. Made with full-fat coconut milk, avocado, and a paleo-blend protein powder built on beef tallow, bone broth, and egg white, this pint is rich in the healthy fats and complete proteins your body needs to produce and regulate hormones. Cacao adds a hit of magnesium, one of the most critical minerals for mood stability, cortisol regulation, and sleep quality. The result is a dessert that tastes indulgent, fuels your body well, and skips the blood sugar spike entirely.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Paleo Pro chocolate protein powder (with beef tallow, bone broth, egg white, and beef organ blend)
  • 1 can (13.5 oz) unsweetened full-fat coconut milk
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • ⅛ cup pure maple syrup
  • Splash of coconut milk for respinning (optional)
  • Cacao nibs or peanut butter cups for topping (optional)

How to Make Ninja Creami Chocolate Ice Cream:

  1. Add all ingredients except toppings to a blender. Blend on high until completely smooth, about 60 seconds. The avocado should be fully incorporated with no chunks remaining.
  2. Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami pint container. Do not fill above the max fill line.
  3. Place the lid on the pint and freeze flat for a full 24 hours. Do not rush this step. A fully frozen pint spins much better and gives you that creamy texture.
  4. When ready to serve, remove the pint from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 5 minutes.
  5. Lock the pint into your Ninja Creami and process on the “Lite Ice Cream” setting.
  6. Once the cycle finishes, check the texture. If it looks crumbly or powdery, add a small splash of coconut milk to the center of the pint and hit “Re-spin” until smooth and creamy.
  7. Serve immediately topped with cacao nibs or homemade peanut butter cups if you’re feeling fancy. Enjoy!

Why This Supports Women’s Hormone & Wellness Health:

Hormones are built from fat, and this recipe delivers the right kind. Full-fat coconut milk provides medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) that support thyroid function, fuel steady energy, and help your body absorb fat-soluble nutrients critical for hormone synthesis. Avocado contributes monounsaturated fats alongside potassium and B6, a nutrient directly involved in progesterone production and the regulation of serotonin and dopamine. The paleo protein blend adds a complete amino acid profile from whole-food sources, supporting cellular repair, muscle retention, and the raw material your body uses to produce peptide hormones.

Cacao is where this recipe earns its hormone-health credentials on the mood and stress side. It is one of the richest food sources of magnesium, a mineral that helps regulate cortisol, supports restful sleep, and eases the anxiety and irritability that often accompany hormonal fluctuation. Maple syrup provides just enough natural sweetness to satisfy without triggering the insulin spike that processed sugar causes, keeping blood sugar and cortisol steady throughout.

Dessert this good should always come with benefits.

Storage Tips:

  • Store your pint with the lid on in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
  • To re-serve after storing, let the pint sit at room temperature for 5 minutes, then run a Re-spin cycle for best texture.
  • Add toppings fresh each time rather than storing them in the pint so they stay crisp.
