All refund requests must be submitted by logging into your Inner Balance account and messaging our Care Team through the secure chat. Refunds are not processed automatically upon cancellation.

Refund eligibility is limited to one refund per customer. If you cancel, receive a refund, and later re-subscribe, you will not be eligible for an additional refund.

Purchases made with HSA/FSA cards are eligible for a refund.

Oestra™ – 6-Month Guarantee

You may request a refund of up to six months of subscription fees.

Refund requests must:

  • Be submitted within 6 months of your original order date, and
  • Be submitted within 14 days of cancellation.

Eligibility requires that your subscription was self-pay (not reimbursed by private insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid)

BodyMatched™ Face Creams – 30-Day Guarantee (3-Month Subscription Only)

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to customers who enroll in the 3-month subscription at the time of purchase.

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date.

The monthly subscription option is not eligible for the 30-day guarantee.

Refund eligibility is limited to the initial purchase under the qualifying 3-month subscription.

The 30-day guarantee is designed to allow adequate time for consistent use under the 3-month subscription plan.
