  • Refunds are not processed automatically upon cancellation.
  • Purchases made with HSA/FSA cards qualify for a refund.
  • Refunds may be requested only once per customer. If you cancel, receive a refund, and later re-subscribe, you will not be eligible for another refund.

  • You may request a refund up to six months of subscription fees.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of cancellation and within 6 months of order date.

BodyMatched™ Face Creams – 30-Day Guarantee

  • You may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
