High Protein Caramels
Benefits: Collagen is a fantastic source of protein that supports skin elasticity, hair growth, joint health and a happy gut. These caramels are a great way to add a boost of protein to your day without any added sugars or fillers. Who says you can have a treat that’s both delicious and beneficial?

Ingredients
1 cup butter

1 cup raw honey

100 g collagen

Instructions:

  1. Melt the butter and honey together in a saucepan over low heat.
  2. Whip in the collagen gradually until fully combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a lined backing dish and let it cool in the fridge until set.
  4. Cut into pieces. Enjoy your high-protein treat!
