How it works

You can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for your Oestra™ treatment and related care, just like any other qualified medical expense.


 

Below, you’ll find how it works in three simple steps.

Step 1

Use your HSA or FSA card at checkout

Enter your HSA or FSA debit card information the same way you would any other payment card. If your card provider recognizes healthcare transactions, your payment will process automatically.

Step 2

Complete & Manage Your Payment

If your card doesn’t process, simply complete your order using a regular debit or credit card.

Once your order is placed, you can download all the documentation your provider may need directly from your account.

Step 3

Request your Letter of Medical Necessity

If your HSA or FSA provider requires pre-approval or proof of eligibility, you can request your Letter of Medical Necessity from your Customer Support.

Just go to Account → Chat Now, and request the letter to share with your provider for reimbursement or approval. This letter confirms that your treatment qualifies as a medically necessary healthcare expense.

An HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) are special accounts you can use to pay for eligible healthcare expenses with pre-tax dollars.

Currently, only OESTRA™ is eligible for HSA/FSA payments.

If your card runs out of funds, we’ll contact you. You’ll need to update your billing information with a personal credit card to continue receiving OESTRA™.

You can update your billing options anytime in your Interbalance account. If you switch to a credit card, you can move to flexible monthly payments.

No, you’ll need to choose one account to connect for your subscription.

No — since payments are processed directly through your HSA/FSA card, there’s no need to submit receipts.
